ColdPitch.ai is an AI-powered tool that helps users find professional contacts and generate personalized cold email copy. We do not send emails on your behalf — all emails are sent from your own email client.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ColdPitch.ai only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual.
  • Scrape or misuse contact data in ways that violate third-party terms of service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to ColdPitch.ai without written permission.

4. CAN-SPAM & Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your cold email campaigns comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU). ColdPitch.ai provides tools to help you write emails — compliance is your responsibility as the sender.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months, except at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any email content you generate using ColdPitch.ai. We retain ownership of the ColdPitch platform, branding, and underlying technology.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ColdPitch.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated emails will achieve any specific reply rate or business outcome. Contact data is sourced from public information and may not always be accurate or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColdPitch.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse contact data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ColdPitch.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
